Successful candidates will have: Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills A proven ability to build trust and sell value A competitive, self-motivated mindset Professional appearance and attitude A willingness to learn and follow our proven sales process Home improvement sales experience is a plus, but not required.
