Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Travel Physical Therapist Opportunity

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you'll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Michigan Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Recent experience in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute care setting preferred.
• Experience evaluating and treating geriatric populations, including mobility, transfers, balance, and fall-risk interventions preferred.
• Familiarity with documentation systems used in SNF settings and experience completing Medicare-related documentation preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage caseloads, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
• Work Schedule: 5 shifts per week, 35 hours per week.
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
• Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
