Financial Aid Assistant

Virtual Vocations Inc

Supporting students in their financial aid journey, the full-time Financial Aid Assistant will manage Title IV paperwork, conduct applicant interviews, and serve as a liaison between the Financial Aid and Admissions offices in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Conduct interviews with applicants seeking to qualify for financial aid Ensure timely communication and exceptional customer service for applicants Examine applicant documents for completeness and compliance with regulations Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1 - 2 years of experience in higher education Financial Aid or a related field Demonstrated knowledge of the financial aid process Ability to work in a virtual environment using multiple software programs Strong organizational and presentation skills
