Phiston Technologies designs and manufactures high-security data destruction equipment: shredders, disintegrators and degaussers for hard drives, SSDs and other media. Our customers include enterprises, hyperscale and colocation data centers, and IT asset disposition (ITAD) providers worldwide. We also provide multi-year service agreements on installed equipment and onsite shredding services, and we have a European subsidiary in Sweden.

This is a full-time, in-office position at our Miramar, FL headquarters.

The role

\n

We’re hiring our first Head of Sales & Marketing to own revenue growth, with a focus on bringing in new customers. You’ll lead a small regional sales team, direct our marketing, and personally drive new-customer and channel-partner deals. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who still enjoys closing.

What you’ll do

• Own the company sales number, forecast and pipeline across the US, Europe and international markets.
\n
• Lead and coach two regional sales managers, one for the US and one for Europe and international.
\n
• Personally win new customers and build a channel program with ITAD providers, resellers and data center operators.
\n
• Build executive-level relationships with our largest accounts.
\n
• Direct marketing through our agency partners, covering SEO and content, trade shows, outbound campaigns and sales materials.
\n
• Grow our service lines: service agreements and onsite shredding.
\n
• Set commission plans, sales process and CRM discipline, and build out the team as the business grows.

What you bring

\n

\n
• 8+ years of B2B sales in capital equipment, IT hardware, data center or ITAD markets, including 3+ years leading sales teams.
\n
• A track record of personally closing complex enterprise deals.
\n
• Experience building channel or reseller programs.
\n
• Hands-on B2B marketing leadership, including managing agencies, events and content.
\n
• International sales experience; Europe preferred.
\n
• Disciplined use of a CRM; NetSuite experience is a plus.
\n
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and trade shows (US and international).
