Supervisor Security, Security/Safety, FT, VARIES

The purpose of this position is to support the administration of Baptist Health South Florida and its divisions by ensuring a safe and secure environment for patients, guests, and employees, and maintaining the peaceful and orderly operation of business and its facilities. Estimated pay range: $25.37 - $30.70 per hour, depending on experience. Qualifications High School diploma, certificate, GED, or equivalent training/experience. Basic Life Support certification. Florida driver's license. Minimum of 4 years of security experience (hospital setting preferred). Associate degree preferred. Must complete BHSF security training program and supplemental classes within 90 days of employment. Working knowledge of personal computers and software. Must complete Basic Life Safety certification within 90 days from start of employment. Perform backup duties to security manager and/or director as required.
