As an Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor , you will play a key leadership role on our clinical team—overseeing daily operations, supporting and mentoring nursing staff, and ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care. Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Schedule & Benefits

• Schedule: Full-time RN position on 11-7AM shift (Mon-Fri) and a Part-time Every weekend, 11-7AM (Sat-Sun)

Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing

• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License

• At least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required

• A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may be considered

Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care

• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift

• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members

• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines

• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
