Join Premier Placements! We're looking for Punch Techs, Make-Ready, and Turn Techs to transform vacant apartments into welcoming rental homes for future residents. These are temp and temp-to-perm positions, perfect for anyone who loves hands-on and making things look great.

Pay: $20 per hour. Paid weekly

Schedule: Monday-Friday between 8 am and 6 pm.

Location: We service various apartment communities around the Metro-Atlanta area. including Cobb, Fulton, DeKalb, and Gwinnett counties!

What You’ll Need:

1. At least 6 months of verifiable experience renovating or fixing things in homes, buildings, or hotels. You'll need to have basic skills like electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, drywall repair and painting.
2. Good at juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Organized and good at managing your time.
4. Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
5. Able to make smart decisions.
6. Professional attitude and appearance.
7. Basic hand tools for maintenance work.
8. Reliable transportation.

What You'll Do:

1. Handyman and punch list work as needed for move-in / move-out, apartment turnover maintenance and remodel renovation projects.
2. Provide home repair including light plumbing, basic carpentry and minor electrical work (like fixing toilets, faucets, light switches, electrical outlets, ceiling fans, and light fixtures).
3. Repair holes in drywall and paint.
4. Perform routine maintenance on fixtures like blinds, doors, and windows.
5. Regularly replace A/C filters.
6. Change locks and make keys.
7. Help move appliances in and out of apartments.
8. Know where all the utility cut-offs (like water and power) are before starting work.
9. Check and report any unsafe conditions to the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
10. Maintain grounds and building exteriors. Help pick up trash around the property including common areas like swimming pools and public bathrooms.
11. Follow safety standards and wear personal protective equipment when needed.
12. Provide exceptional customer service to residents

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

1. Work both inside and outside in all kinds of weather.
2. Stand, walk, climb, kneel, and crouch for long periods.
3. Frequently lift over 50 pounds across varying distances.
