Prep cook

Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of the food in the kitchen. Perform routine kitchen tasks such as setting up workstations and ingredients. Keeping the workstations full. Dressing the food and bagging each order for the front of the house. Making sure the orders are correct and matching tickets. Keeping the workstation cleaned and making sure temperatures of vegetables, dairy, and meats are to standard temperatures in the workstations. Make sure the cook has the correct amount of meat on the grill for orders. Prep hamburger patties for the next shift and current shift if needed. Prep Pastrami Meat for the next shift and current shift if needed. Prep all Vegetables for the next shift and current shift if needed. Make sure fresh Ground Turkey is placed in a secured container under the cold table with a accessible ¼ scooper. Keep an eye on the front of the house to make sure all tickets are coming to the back of the house.
