I have a great client in Fort Gibson, OK actively hiring a permanent Med Tech . Here is more information:
\n \nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Develops and establishes procedures for collecting, processing, and analyzing biological specimens and other substances \n
- Performs and reports analytical tests, integrating data from various clinical laboratory departments and resolving discrepancies \n
- Confirms abnormal results, verifies quality control, and develops solutions to testing or data issues \n
- Conducts preventive and corrective maintenance of laboratory equipment and coordinates repairs as needed \n
- Promotes teamwork, service excellence, and process improvement while adhering to laboratory policies and guidelines \n
- Provides guidance and support to medical laboratory science students during educational activities \n
- Exercises independent judgment in planning operations and making technical decisions \n
- Interacts professionally with patients, internal and external customers, and other healthcare professionals \n
Requirements:
\n- \n
- Clinical lab experience \n
- Degree in Medical Technology or related study \n
- AMT or ASCP certified \n
Bonus points for:
