Seeking a full-time Business Immigration Attorney to work remotely, who will manage client cases from inception to submission, develop legal strategies, and oversee case management while utilizing advanced technology to enhance efficiency and outcomes. Key responsibilities: Guide clients through the immigration process, owning cases from handoff to final submission Advise on petition strategy, compliance obligations, and manage high-volume employer accounts Utilize AI tools to support case quality and efficiency while managing paralegals in document logistics Required qualifications: J.D. and active U.S. bar admission Strong knowledge of employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1A/B, and PERM labor certification Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in documentation Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced legal environment Virtual Vocations Inc
