Family Practice Physician – Gilroy, CA (Mobile & Brick & Mortar Clinics)

Hourly Pay Rate: $170.43

What You'll Do

Provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages, including children and adults
Work across mobile clinics and brick-and-mortar facilities with flexibility to split time between locations
Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans
Document patient encounters using EPIC EMR software
Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
Follow all departmental protocols and safety procedures

What You Need

Active CA medical license and DEA registration
BLS certification (required)
2+ years of clinical experience in family practice or equivalent
Fluent in Spanish (preferred but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in mobile clinic settings

About the Assignment This outpatient family practice role involves working with patients across all ages in a combination of mobile and brick-and-mortar clinics. You will be part of a dedicated team serving a diverse patient population while utilizing EPIC software for charting. Orientation is a full-week session, Monday to Friday, ensuring smooth onboarding to the facility and protocols.
