What You’ll Do: * Proactively greet and assist customers in finding the vehicle that best fits their lifestyle and needs * Build trust and rapport through exceptional product knowledge and attentive service * Guide customers through the entire sales process — from introduction to delivery * Follow up with past clients to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business * Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals What You Bring to the Table: * Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (automotive experience a plus, but not required!) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset * Professional appearance and strong work ethic * Willingness to learn — we’ll provide the training!
