Risk Adjustment and Public Reporting Analyst

Carle Health seeks a Risk Adjustment and Public Reporting Analyst to support accurate quality measurement and reimbursement. In this role, you will analyze clinical, claims, and financial data to support risk adjustment models, public quality reporting, and regulatory submissions. You will develop dashboards, validate data, and identify trends that impact patient outcomes and organizational performance. Collaborating with clinical, finance, and quality teams, you’ll translate analytics into actionable insights that enhance patient safety, support strategic decisions, and drive continuous improvement across Carle Health.
