Marcum Front Desk Attendant-Student Assistant

Marcum Hotel & Conference Center is looking to add to our team for the school year 2025-26! This position is working the front desk and the starting rate is $11.30/hr! Hours vary between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. Greatest demand for staff between 3pm and 11 p.m. Some third shift hours available. Position includes shifts on Saturdays and Sundays as business demands.

Essential Duties

• Answering phones
• Making reservations
• Handling in-house guest needs
• Sharing knowledge of campus w/ guests
• Provide a high level of customer service with a positive attitude.

• Reliability

• Professional
• Good attendance habits
• Strong sense of teamwork and accountability.
• Willingness to learn new duties and grow professionally.
• Minimal training or prior knowledge of work is required.
