MLee Healthcare is seeking a qualified Chief Financial Officer for an established healthcare facility nestled in the heart of rural Illinois, Our client is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our community and prides themselves on a patient-first approach, innovative practices, and supportive work environment. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a dynamic leadership team and help steer their financial strategy to ensure continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities for a CFO:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the hospital's mission and goals.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and standards.
• Manage revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, and reimbursements.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making processes.
• Liaise with external auditors, government agencies, and financial institutions.

Chief Financial Officer Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business / Health Administration or related field (Master's preferred ).
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation preferred .
• Previous progressive financial management experience, with some experience in a senior leadership role within the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare finance regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement.
• Proven track record of effective financial leadership, strategic planning, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
