Physical Therapist

Job Title Physical Therapist at Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. Full time, 8-hour Day shifts. Responsibilities Discharge planning, performing patient evaluations, establishing and implementing a plan of care, monitoring patient’s progress, and supporting the mission, vision, values, and objectives of Saint John’s Health Center. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with certificate from an accredited program in Physical Therapy. California Physical Therapist License (upon hire). National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (upon hire). Preferred Qualifications Experience in an acute hospital setting. Familiarity with Meditech.
