Commercial Analytics Senior Manager What You Will Do: The Commercial Analytics Senior Manager will lead insights generation by integrating multiple secondary data sources and collaborating with Business Analytics & Insights colleagues. The role requires presenting findings and recommendations to Senior Leadership. Job Responsibilities Include: Develop positive relationships while working cross‑functionally with marketing, finance, the BAI team, and other partners to develop and communicate assumptions based on secondary data analysis. Provide senior leadership with an objective and rigorous perspective on secondary data analytics and performance management. Enable data‑driven experimentation within the LVL Business Unit by establishing KPIs and leading indicators, evaluating experiment effectiveness, and guiding teams with actionable insights and optimization recommendations. Lead the production and interpretation of data for standard reports (e.g., weekly metric dashboard, monthly tracking). With limited supervision, provide analytical support to the cross‑functional team supporting general medicine. Prepare, interpret and present analyses on specific business objectives and in preparation for ad hoc investigative requests. Ensure applicable legal and regulatory compliance SOPs are understood by, and adhered to by, yourself, vendors, and product teams. Partner with external vendors and consultants to enable effective and efficient project completion. Demonstrate ownership of relevant general medicine data sets, encouraging confidence in the data through a clear understanding of data collection methods, business rules, and caveats. Improve the capabilities of the Commercial Insights team by researching and implementing new analytical tools, methodologies, best practices, and data sources. What We Expect Of You: We seek an analytics professional who is collaborative, innovative, and able to translate complex concepts into actionable insights. Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree and 2 years of market research, analytics, competitive intelligence, sales and/or marketing operations experience. Master’s degree and 4 years of market research, analytics, competitive intelligence, sales and/or marketing operations experience. Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of market research, analytics, competitive intelligence, sales and/or marketing operations experience. Associate’s degree and 10 years of market research, analytics, competitive intelligence, sales and/or marketing operations experience. High school diploma / GED and 12 years of market research, analytics, competitive intelligence, sales and/or marketing operations experience. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with technologies and applications and hands‑on experience analyzing, synthesizing, and integrating secondary data. Strong knowledge of data, analytics, research, and/or dashboarding & reporting approaches. Capability to identify and define business issues and address them through data, analytics, and research. Proficient analysis and project management skills to turn unstructured business issues into action plans that result in meaningful strategic or tactical recommendations. Ability to drive implementation to enhance methodologies and standard processes. Strong oral and written presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts verbally or visually. Consistent engagement and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to shape brand strategy and understand risks and opportunities. The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
