AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

YOUR ROLE As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company, proud of it, and passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work every day. RESPONSIBILITIES Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a “friends first” mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest products that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Be flexible across zones – Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom. Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy. Assist teammates to get the job done. Act with integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures. REQUIREMENTS Love interacting with people. Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Love AE and Aerie products. Have prior retail experience. At least 16 years old. BENEFITS Work with real people – a supportive AEO family.
