An active Top Secret clearance is required.ResponsibilitiesTechnical Solution Design & Advanced DevelopmentSystem Integration & ArchitectureCode Quality & MentorshipChange Governance & DeploymentTechnical Documentation & EnablementRequired Skills and QualificationsActive Top Secret security clearance.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).5-7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and ServiceNow scripting APIs.Strong experience building and managing complex REST/SOAP API integrations.Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in sprint-based delivery cycles.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Core CompetenciesAdvanced ServiceNow platform and scripting expertise.Complex systems integration and API management.Technical architectural design.Mentorship and peer development.Agile development execution.Root-cause analysis and performance tuning.Clear technical communication.Preferred Skills and QualificationsServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) strongly preferred.ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more relevant modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) and setting up automated testing pipelines.Familiarity with ITIL processes and strong foundational knowledge of ITSM principles (ITIL v4 certification is a plus).GH 1025Full-Time Employee Compensation M9 Solutions' pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
