Position Summary

As an RN in the PICU, you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional care to critically ill pediatric patients. Your expertise and compassion will help create a supportive environment for patients and their families during challenging times.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in the intensive care unit.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and operate life-support equipment as needed.

• Provide emotional support and education to families, ensuring clear communication about treatment plans and progress.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pediatric or intensive care setting.
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and collaboration with patients, families, and team members.
