Shift: 8- or 12-hour shifts (schedule varies)

Hours/week: 36+

Employment Type: Temporary (W-2)

Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Experience: Prior LTC experience preferred

Hourly Rate: $40.87

What You'll Do

• Assist licensed staff in providing patient care in a long-term care setting
• Support treatment plans and monitor patient health status
• Document patient findings accurately and timely
• Help maintain a safe and clean environment
• Support patient and family-centered care practices
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What You Need

Required:

• Valid LVN/LPN license in Michigan
• Experience working in long-term care or similar settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Previous LTC or similar healthcare experience
