Internal Medicine physician employment in Louisiana :

Enterprise Medical is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician for a primary care opportunity with a large integrated healthcare system near New Orleans, Louisiana.

Details of the Position:

Outpatient Internal Medicine practice
Average patient volume of 18-20 patients per day
Dedicated Medical Assistant and shared LPN support
Minimal call requirement, averaging 4-5 times annually, phone-only
Integrated health system with extensive specialty referral network
EPIC electronic medical record platform
Physician-led organization focused on provider support and practice efficiency

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary commensurate with experience and training
$25,000 sign-on bonus with a 3-year commitment
$6,000 relocation stipend
Productivity bonus eligibility after one year, averaging approximately $30,000 annually for a 1.0 FTE
Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits

Malpractice coverage including tail insurance
Retirement plans including 401(k), 403(b), and 457(b)
