Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care to clients in their homes, including: Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assistance with transfers, ambulation, and mobility Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to management and/or physicians Providing emotional support and companionship to clients Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate and thorough records of client care and progress Participate in staff development and training programs to further enhance your skills and knowledge Requirements: Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information About Our Company: At Angel Companions, our mission is to provide private duty non-medical in-home senior care to the Greater Atlanta community.
