If this sounds like you, Compensation $150,000 - $180,000 Responsibilities Research case law and premises liability, and gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case Converse with clients, expert witnesses, supporting witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to gather information Modify, review, and draft demand letters, pleadings, claims, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents Manage a team of personal injury paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary Oversee personal injury case files from beginning to end Qualifications Membership in the State Bar Association and a state license to practice law is mandatory Requires a bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree A minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is necessary Knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is vital Superior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills are highly valued About Company Who We Are Avagyan Law Firm is a dynamic and rapidly growing Law Firm.
