From iconic jeans perfected by denim experts to the essential tee, the most versatile shoe, and the timeless leather bag—if it's Madewell, it's made well.As a Stock Supervisor, you'll oversee back-of-house operations: receiving, shipping, inventory management, stockroom organization and standards and markdown/markup execution. You'll ensure efficient product intake and replenishment on the sales floor. You'll package orders for customers while contributing to an inclusive work environment focused on both the product and the customer.Manage stock room operations by overseeing staffing, supply inventory, maintenance, and equipment.Support the store team to exceed selling and service expectations for our customers.Ensure the store meets back-of-house standards in replenishment, cleanliness, and safety.Adeptly learn and teach our shipment systems while complying with merchandise handling guidelines.Demonstrate leadership by providing direction to associates while fostering excellent communication with Inventory Control and management.Are at least 18 years old.Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos.Competitive base pay and bonus programsUp to 60% discount on branded product from J.
