Your Role as a Caregiver

As a Home Instead Caregiver, you're more than an employee-you're a trusted companion and an essential part of helping older adults live safely and comfortably at home.

To ensure the safety and well-being of our clients, applicants must:

• Have reliable transportation.
• Successfully pass a background check.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening, including THC (marijuana).
• Have a caring heart, dependable work ethic, and a passion for helping others.
