Electronics Technician

Job Title: Electrical Assembly Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components into larger assemblies, systems, and finished products using detailed work instructions and engineering documentation.

• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and rework on assemblies that do not meet testing or quality requirements.

• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to implement design updates, modifications, and repairs.

• Conduct incoming inspections of parts and materials to ensure quality standards are met.

• Support inventory management activities, including cycle counts, stock organization, and material control.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to established manufacturing processes and procedures.

• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, quality, and production output.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical, electromechanical, manufacturing, or production assembly.

• Ability to interpret work instructions, technical drawings, and assembly documentation.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
