A technology services company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist Life and Annuity customers. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, processing transactions, and providing service while maintaining strong communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a High School diploma and 1-2 years of experience in insurance. This position is fully remote and requires excellent listening skills and teamwork abilities.
