Description
Prepare quality and fresh food, aligned with food safety guidelines and customer requests. • Essential duties and responsibilities:
o Stock food product at beginning of shift.
o Rotate product- first in, first out.
o Follow all safety protocol, including but not limited to internal temperature guidelines and sanitization practices.
o Consistently clean work area.
o Clean grill at end of shift.
o Keep warmers stocked and rotated when appropriate.
o Complete any other duties assigned. Position Requirements
Qualifications for the position: o Must be 16 years of age, 18 years of age to operate certain equipment.
o Must have basic math skills.
o Must be able follow a series of safety protocols.
o Must have reliable transportation. • Special considerations: o Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
o Must be able to communicate effectively with customers.
o Must be willing to sometimes work longer than specified shift.
o Must accept varied weekly work hours depending on weather, holidays, etc.
o Must be a respectful, safe, team player. Wage Range $17.50-$21 Full-Time/Part-Time
