Fund Accounting ManagerLaSalle Network is hiring a Fund Accounting Manager for an industry-leading real estate and infrastructure investment firm. As the Fund Accounting Manager you'll play a key role supporting financial reporting, fund accounting and private equity operations across North America while partnering closely with global finance leadership.What You'll DoPrepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for private equity funds and SPVsSupport NAV calculations, capital calls, investor distributions and expense allocationsReview reporting submitted by third-party fund administrators for accuracy and compliancePrepare investor, lender and executive reporting with variance analysis and financial commentaryCalculate IRR, management fees and carried interest in accordance with fund governing documentsEnsure compliance with IFRS and/or US GAAP accounting standardsSupport regulatory filings, tax reporting and audit activitiesPrepare consolidation entries related to acquisitions, dispositions and refinancing activitiesMonitor cash flow forecasts, liquidity, debt obligations and loan covenant compliancePartner with asset management teams on valuation inputs, lease activity and operating performanceDrive process improvements and technology enhancements across finance operationsMentor and develop analysts and senior financial analystsWhat You'll NeedBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related fieldCPA preferredFive to seven years of progressive fund finance experience within private equity, real estate, infrastructure, venture capital or public accountingExperience supporting both fund-level and management company financeStrong understanding of complex fund structures and SPVsKnowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAPAdvanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, PivotTables and lookupsExperience with Yardi, Investran, Workiva (Wdesk) or similar fund accounting platformsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environmentKey DetailsEmployment Type: Direct HireCompensation: $120,000-$140,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus eligibilityBenefits: Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance, 401k matching, PTO.Location: Chicago, IllinoisWork Model: On-siteIf you're an experienced Fund Accounting Manager looking to make a measurable impact within a growing investment platform, we'd love to connect.
