Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health status and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Deliver various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices via secure online platforms.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, ensuring ongoing adaptation of treatment based on feedback and progress.

• Document therapy sessions and monitor client progress with precision, utilizing our digital record-keeping systems to maintain confidentiality and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client demographic ranges from adolescents to adults facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.

• Demonstrable empathy, compassion, and resilience when working with clients facing challenging life situations.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while balancing multiple case responsibilities in a remote environment.
