Job Title: Groundskeeper/Residences at The BoulevardReports To: Maintenance SupervisorPosition SummaryThe Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, appearance, and curb appeal of the community. This role ensures that all common areas, amenities, and exterior spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained. The Groundskeeper plays an important role in supporting the maintenance team and contributing to a positive resident experience through consistent attention to detail and pride in the community.Key ResponsibilitiesGrounds & Curb AppealMaintain the cleanliness and appearance of all exterior areas, including walkways, parking lots, breezeways, and common spacesPick up trash and debris throughout the community on a daily basisAssist with basic landscaping tasks such as watering, weeding, and maintaining flower bedsEnsure amenities and outdoor areas are clean, organized, and ready for resident useMaintenance & Make-Ready SupportAssist the maintenance team with trash-outs, unit turns, and preparation of vacant unitsSupport make-ready efforts by ensuring surrounding areas are clean and presentableReport any maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or property damage promptlySafety & ComplianceFollow all company safety policies and proceduresMaintain awareness of potential hazards and report unsafe conditions immediatelyProperly use and maintain tools, equipment, and suppliesTeam Support & Customer ServiceInteract professionally with residents, vendors, and team membersRespond to direction from the Maintenance Supervisor in a timely mannerContribute to a team-focused environment that prioritizes cleanliness, safety, and resident satisfactionRequired:Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environmentAbility to work independently and follow directionsA current valid drivers license is requiredPreferred:Previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or property maintenanceExperience in a multifamily environmentBasic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipmentAll qualified candidates will be subject to drug testing and a criminal background check.
