TL;DR: We're looking for a founding recruiter to build the team that builds Ropes, hiring the engineers, sellers, and operators who will transform how the $4T+ contingent workforce industry. We're working to reinvent how that market operates from the ground up What You'll Do: Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, GTM, and operations, from sourcing through close Build our hiring infrastructure from scratch: interview processes, scorecards, pipeline tracking, and employer brand Partner directly with the CEO and founding team to define roles, calibrate on talent bar, and move fast on top candidates Source and close exceptional technical and commercial talent in one of the most competitive hiring markets in the world Bring a recruiter's lens to the product itself. You'll have direct input into how Ropes thinks about candidate evaluation because you live it every day Who You Are: You're more interested in building a company's foundation than filling reqs at scale You have 2 to 5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition at an early-stage or growth-stage B2B software company You've hired engineers and know how to evaluate technical talent, speak credibly with candidates about the stack, and sell a vision when the company is still small You're a strong sourcer who doesn't wait for applicants. You build pipeline through outbound, referrals, events, and creative channels You're organized, fast-moving, and obsessive about candidate experience from first touch to offer close You've operated in an environment where recruiting wasn't a department.
