Chenega MIOS is seeking a Junior Helpdesk Specialist in St. Louis, MO to provide first-line IT support for customers and end users at the Single-Point-of-Contact IT Service Desk. The role emphasizes strong customer service, problem solving, and effective communication.
You will assist with diagnostics, ticketing, and user guidance, while contributing to a fast-paced team in a government-focused environment. Candidates should be able to obtain security clearances as required.
