About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Jackson HealthPros to find a qualified CT Tech in Charlotte, North Carolina, 28215!

Become a vital part of Jackson HealthPros’ team as an experienced CT Tech. You’ll accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT scan equipment for an area healthcare facility.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of CT/dual modality (DX/CT) experience required (client-specific).
• ARRT RT(R)(CT) certification required (client-specific).
• BLS required (client-specific).
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology (preferred).
• Experience working in emergency department imaging or freestanding ED environments preferred.
• Skilled in both DX (radiography) and CT imaging for dual modality requests (client-specific).
• Experience with GE CT scanners, Siemens S2000 ultrasound, and Shimadzu radiography equipment preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital (freestanding emergency department imaging component).
• Shift Name: Nights.
• Shift Hours: 1900-0700.
• Shift Days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (W/TH/F).
• Standard Hours Per Week: 40.
• Duration: 13 Week assignment.
• On call: Technologist may take 2 nights a month of call for two freestanding ED facilities. Technician will be scheduled for 2 nights of call per month; opportunity to choose the nights.
• Orientation: 3 days departmental orientation.
• EMR: EPIC. PACS: Phillips iSite.
• Floating: DX/CT technologists may float between freestanding ED facilities as required (client-specific).

Major highways I-77 and I-85 offer regional transit access, and Charlotte Douglas International Airport is roughly 10–20 minutes from Uptown for convenient travel connections.
