Preferred Apartment Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Bristol Grapevine to join our full-time team. You will repair appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, gates, pools, and common areas while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, a Refrigeration certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift heavy loads.
