Job Description

Interim Medical Director- HomeReach/Hospice

Up to a .2 FTE
The Interim Medical Director of Quality, HomeReach Hospice oversees all regulatory aspects of hospice services across system in collaboration with HomeReach, OPG and care site leadership.
Responsible for ensuring Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation (COP) requirements are met within the program
Accountable for patient palliation, management of terminal illness, and conditions related to the patients’ terminal illness
