Print Designer

Your cursor has opinions, your grid has logic, and your output has soul, which is the rare combination Rite Aid needs in a Print Designer. The creative charter, the $63,000 - $89,000, the 3-year ask — all of it points to a Rite Aid role built for owners, not order-takers. Key Responsibilities Borrow structure from film editing to fix a HTML/CSS sequence that drags Interrogate a brief until the real ask underneath it surfaces Present design rationale clearly to mid-level stakeholders and clients Produce polished assets using Information Architecture and Cross-Functional Collaboration from concept through final delivery Prototype interactions in Iconography and refine them through usability testing Hold the line on kerning while shipping at an internship pace Set the typographic rhythm that ties a sprawling Heuristic Evaluation library together What You’ll Bring 3 years of learning when to trust the process and when to break it Clarity of thought that shows up in tidy documentation The patience to mentor without taking over the keyboard 5+ years of Conflict Resolution reps, not just Conflict Resolution exposure Rite Aid is the deeply-curious MN company that built its name on creative work nobody else wanted to do properly. Kindness and high standards live together comfortably on this autonomy-driven Saint Paul team. What sits behind the $63,000 - $89,000 offer is a Rite Aid culture built on real mentorship, generous benefits, and schedules that bend toward family. #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Innovation Corp
