HR Support Specialist

Responsibilities for this HR Support Specialist job include:

• Providing administrative support to the Human Resources department and assisting with daily HR operations.

• Demonstrating effective communication and collaboration skills

• Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including employment paperwork, orientation, and system setup


• Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records


• Processing employment documents, including offer letters, background checks, employment verifications, and employee status changes.


• Maintaining HR databases and preparing reports related to hiring, attendance, turnover, and other HR metrics.


• Ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable federal and state employment laws while supporting HR projects and other HR initiatives.

• Auditing and reporting

• Other duties as required


Preferred Qualifications:


• High School Diploma

• 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience

Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
