Position Title: 1099 Carpet Cleaning / Tile & Grout Cleaning Technician
What We’re Looking For
Must currently reside in the Las Vegas Metro Area / Southern Nevada. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on carpet cleaning, tile & grout cleaning experience — no exceptions.
• Strong upseller who knows how to create value once inside the customer’s home.
• Excellent with people and able to build trust quickly.
• Professional appearance, well groomed, and polished communication skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and ready to work immediately.
• Must pass criminal background check and driving record screening.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Those with Restoration background as well will receive additional consideration.
Position Summary
• Perform residential and commercial carpet cleaning, tile& grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and related floor care services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that generates reviews, repeat business and referrals.($20 bonus for review with tech name mentioned)
• Identify additional service opportunities (i.e. dryer vent cleaning) n the home and confidently present solutions.
• Represent Voda professionally with punctuality, pride, and high standards.
• Maintain clean equipment, proper jobsite etiquette, and strong customer communication.
Compensation
• 1099 Independent Contractor Position
• 35% Commission on revenue collected.
• High earners who upsell effectively can generate strong weekly income.
• Paid weekly for the previous week’s completed and collected work.

35% Commission Examples
If customer books a $109 carpet cleaning special and the technician successfully upgrades the visit to a $350 total ticket , the technician will receive 35% of the full gross sale amount ($350) .
Commission Calculation:
$350 × 35% = $122.50
Technician Payout: $122.50
This means the technician is paid on total sale, not just the upsold.
The better the technician performs in the home, the higher the income.
