Title: Senior Sourcing Manager, Indirect Procurement
Client: Food & Beverage
Location: Louisville, CO (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Duration: 18-Week Contract (High chance to convert fulltime)
Start: Immediate
Pay: $60 /h on W2
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing and procurement activities across Professional Services and Indirect Spend categories.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management.
- Manage RFP/RFQ processes and supplier relationship management (SRM).
- Drive cost savings, spend visibility, compliance, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, IT, Operations, and other business stakeholders.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews and lead strategic sourcing initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Category Management.
- Strong experience with Indirect Procurement and Professional Services sourcing.
- Proven negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical, financial, project management, and presentation capabilities.
- Experience managing complex sourcing initiatives in a cross-functional environment
