Position: Acura or Honda Experienced Technician Location: Lynnwood, WA Job Id: 556 # of Openings: 1 Carter Motors values hard work and customer satisfaction. Our service team has received the Elite Service Award for 2023 and is one of the only NSX‑certified shops in the state. We are equipped with state‑of‑the‑art tools, built‑in toolboxes, alignment racks, tire machines, and a brand new locker room. Experience is required; ASE certifications are preferred but not mandatory. Pay is a flat rate ranging from $28 to $45 per hour depending on experience and certifications. A bonus structure based on production is available. Tools are required. Schedule: 5 8’s rotating schedule. Must be able to work Saturdays. Test‑drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so customers can be informed if any additional service is needed, and provide an estimate of time required for additional repairs. Qualifications Proven technician experience is required. ASE certifications are preferred. Tools are required. Must be able to drive a manual transmission. Strong automotive background is preferred. Strong teamwork skills. WA state driver's license is required. Clean & clear WA state driving record is required. Pre‑employment background check, reference check & drug screen is required.
