We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Photo Editor to join our creative team. The Photo Editor will be responsible for transforming raw photographs into polished, professional images for use across digital, print, marketing, advertising, social media, websites, and other channels.

The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom , an excellent eye for color and composition, and the ability to consistently produce high-quality work while meeting deadlines.

This is a full-time position with an expected salary range of $55,000–$70,000 annually , depending on the candidate's experience, level of retouching expertise, portfolio, and overall qualifications.

• Edit and retouch photographs using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other professional editing tools.
• Perform color correction, exposure adjustments, cropping, sharpening, noise reduction, and image optimization.
• Remove unwanted objects, blemishes, backgrounds, and other visual distractions.
• Perform advanced photo retouching while maintaining a realistic and professional appearance.
• Review and select the strongest images from photoshoots based on quality and project requirements.
• Maintain consistent color, style, and visual standards across all photography.
• Prepare images for websites, social media, advertising, print, catalogs, and other marketing materials.
• Organize, name, archive, and maintain digital image libraries.
• Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
• Collaborate with photographers, designers, marketing personnel, and other members of the creative team.
• Follow established brand guidelines and ensure all final images meet quality standards.
• Stay current with developments in photography, retouching, editing software, and AI-assisted creative tools.

• 2+ years of professional photo-editing or retouching experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom .
• Strong understanding of color correction, image composition, lighting, and digital retouching.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain consistency across large volumes of images.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Professional portfolio demonstrating strong photo-editing and retouching skills.

• Experience with commercial, product, fashion, real-estate, editorial, portrait, or e-commerce photography.
• Experience with Capture One, Adobe Bridge, or digital asset management systems.
• Understanding of professional photography and studio lighting.
• Experience preparing images for both digital and print applications.
• Familiarity with AI-powered photo-editing and enhancement tools.
• Experience working with photographers and creative/marketing teams.

The expected compensation for this position is $55,000–$70,000 per year , based on experience and qualifications. Candidates with advanced retouching capabilities, extensive commercial experience, or exceptional portfolios may be considered at the upper end of the range.
