Truity Partners is supporting a client in the Oak Creek, WI area with their search for an experienced Corporate Recruiter. This is a 4–6 month contract opportunity, with a full-time, 100% onsite schedule. Compensation is targeted at $35–$43 per hour based on experience and qualifications. This role will support high-volume recruiting and onboarding within a manufacturing environment, partnering closely with operations leaders to help meet ongoing hiring needs. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage recruiting activities for high-volume production and skilled positions Partner with operations and shift supervisors to understand staffing needs Coordinate candidate interviews, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding Work with staffing agencies to support production hiring and candidate conversions Recruit candidates for skilled and specialized positions Participate in regular staffing meetings and recruiting updates REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience; preferably within manufacturing, production, or another high-volume environment Experience managing candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes Strong communication skills and ability to partner directly with operations leaders Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities Experience with an ATS; Paylocity experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
