We are seeking experienced Concrete Form Setters, Carpenters, and Finishers to support high-end custom residential and commercial construction projects throughout the Phoenix Metro Area. This position is ideal for skilled concrete professionals who take pride in quality craftsmanship, safety, and delivering exceptional finished work.

This is a skilled-level position requiring a minimum of 5 years of concrete form setting experience. Candidates without 5+ years of relevant experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Set, align, and install concrete forms for foundations, walls, columns, footings, and other structural elements
• Place, tie, and secure rebar according to project specifications
• Assist with concrete placement, pours, and finishing operations
• Perform concrete finishing using bull floats, power screeds, hand tools, and other finishing equipment
• Read and interpret measurements, layouts, and dimensions accurately
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused job site

Travel to project sites throughout the Phoenix Valley as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Set and construct concrete forms for foundations, footings, walls, columns, and other structural elements.
• Read plans, elevations, dimensions, and layouts to ensure accurate form placement and construction.
• Install and place rebar according to project specifications and engineering requirements.
• Assist with concrete pours, placement, consolidation, and finishing activities.
• Verify measurements, elevations, and alignments using tape measures and layout tools.
• Build forms that meet quality standards and ensure proper structural integrity.
• Work closely with project teams to maintain schedules and achieve project milestones.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
• Contribute to a culture focused on quality, safety, and teamwork.

Required Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of concrete form setting experience.
• Proven experience with structural concrete construction, including:
• Foundations
• Footings
• Walls
• Columns
• Experience installing and placing rebar.
• Hands-on concrete finishing experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately and work from construction plans and dimensions.
• Strong understanding of concrete construction methods and best practices.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites throughout the Phoenix Metro Area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in both residential and commercial concrete construction.
• Experience working on custom home and high-end residential projects.
• Lead, foreman, or crew leadership experience.
• Ability to mentor less-experienced team members and contribute to crew productivity.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship on every project.

Work Environment

This position is based on active construction sites throughout the Phoenix Metro Area. Most projects involve custom residential construction, with occasional commercial work. Team members are actively involved in form setting, rebar installation, concrete placement, and finishing operations.

The role requires regular lifting, bending, kneeling, standing, and working outdoors in Arizona weather conditions. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality concrete work safely and efficiently.
