We're looking for a Product Coordinator to join our growing team in Duluth, MN . In this role, you'll work directly with customers, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

What You'll Do

• Support customers via phone and email
• Process orders and provide order status updates
• Assist with product and parts selection
• Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and warehouse teams
• Manage order, inventory, and customer data in SAP and other systems
• Support purchasing, invoicing, and inside sales activities

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service, order entry, inside sales, or administrative experience
• ERP experience (SAP preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

This is a Contract position based out of Duluth, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
