Job Summary:

Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility, strength, and function. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate therapy plans.

  Implement therapeutic interventions to restore, maintain, and improve patient mobility.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and protocols to support recovery.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facility policies.
  
  
• 
  Maintain timely communication with healthcare teams regarding patient status.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid state or federal issued identification required.
  
  
• 
  Current licensed or certified Physical Therapist with relevant credentials.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience in delivering outpatient or acute care physical therapy.
  
  
• 
  Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to educate patients and families.
  
  
• 
  Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities relevant to physical therapy.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
