Principal Product Designer

As a Principal Product Designer, this remote full-time position will own the end-to-end experience strategy for a mobile app, inventing interaction patterns for agentic AI in healthcare while collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape product roadmaps and drive innovative design solutions. Key responsibilities Identify and drive mission-critical design initiatives that shape the business trajectory Pioneer new interaction patterns for AI systems that operate autonomously on behalf of users Lead design strategy across interconnected member journeys, ensuring alignment with cross-functional partners Required qualifications 10+ years of product/UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating high craft in interaction and visual design Experience designing agentic AI experiences where AI takes proactive actions Proven ability to create original interaction patterns in spaces with no prior art Recognized thought leader in design with strong communication and storytelling skills Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field or equivalent experience
