This person will be note taking, building slides, managing a translation process. Must be detail oriented Need someone who is available to work between 8:00-12:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM. Must have flexible schedule; meetings outside of normal working hours will be arranged as needed with contractor. Amount of hours will not be guaranteed. Working on a global team including Asia and Europe.
Key responsibilities:
- Administrative support (scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, summarizing meetings, preparing agendas, etc.)
- Translation management (managing the workflow)
- Communication support (PowerPoint, SharePoint, some writing)
- Working with a high level of confidentiality
