Shift timings:
9:00 am - 5:00 PM EST
Work experience: Five (5) years minimum of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
Experience with Care Coordination, Utilization review and discharge planning Computer literacy.
Education:
Bachelors or Master's in Nursing.
License:
RN Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.
BLS (AHA)
Case Management Certification.
Preferred Skills & Experience: Leadership experience.
